Tancinco House, built in the 1925 functioned as residential of the most affluent families in Pasolo Valenzuela, showcases the architectural style of its time. Highly sought-after filming site especially of movies starring Fernando Poe Jr. After the death of the matriach of the Acuña Family, second family after the Tancincos, in 2000, the house gradually became an abandoned dwelling.The Valenzuela LGU then research and found documents to solidify the significance of the house not only of its age and contribution to local films but also by being the home of a local hero. In March of 2022, the Deed of Donation for the House was officially executed between the Tancinco Family and the LGU of Valenzuela.
