This project involves the renovation and interior fit-out of the DSWD SWADCAP Building, a 1976 Brutalist-style structure designed by National Artist for Architecture Leandro Locsin.
Restoring the Tancinco House, a 1925 Valenzuela landmark, significant for its history and connection to a local hero. Donated to the LGU in March 2022.
Relocated and reconstructed a heritage house, blending traditional Filipino design with modern adaptive reuse.
