This project involves the renovation and interior fit-out of the DSWD SWADCAP Building, a 1976 Brutalist-style structure designed by National Artist for Architecture Leandro Locsin.
Opened in February 2022, this vibrant urban park in Valenzuela City showcases the historic Arkong Bato and Captain Delfin Velilla monument.
Restored and modernized Southeast Asia’s only Streamlined Art Deco coliseum for the 2019 SEA Games.
